Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of order placement and are shipped with UPS, FedEx or USPS. Overnight orders shipped to a PO Box can take up to 2 business days to be delivered. International orders ship via UPS Worldwide Expedited or FedEx International Economy service. For orders containing HairMax devices, tracking numbers are sent via email after shipment. 

If the customer refuses delivery, Lexington International reserves the right to deduct return shipping fees and/or customs and duty charges, as well as a 20% restocking fee from any refund due.Multiple shipping attempts from Lexington may incur additional shipping fees.

For orders shipped to addresses within Florida, a 6% sales tax will be applied. All other US based orders are tax free. International orders may require duties to be paid in your country for importation. The currency conversion feature should be used as a reference to convert United States dollars to your local currency. Please be advised that your purchase is charged in United States dollars and your credit card company may charge you a small fee for converting currency.

Orders shipped internationally may require duties or additional fees to be paid in your country for importation. Please note these fees are assessed as part of the import process and are not charges from Lexington International.

We guarantee your satisfaction. RegrowMD laser devices can be returned within 26 weeks (6 Months) less a 25% restocking fee of the purchase price. This money back guarantee is effective from the date of delivery. You will be required to pay for the return shipping costs and the applicable restocking fee (stated above). Please note that only orders placed directly through Lexington International are eligible for the money back guarantee.

Returns cannot be made without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Please call +1 (561) 417-0200 and our support representatives will issue a unique (RMA) number and provide instructions on how to return laser devices. Devices will only be accepted as a return, if they are in as-new working condition. Lexington International LLC will provide credit to either your credit card or via check. Ship the product with the RMA number with insurance and a tracking number to the address above. Once a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been issued, the device must be postmarked for return within 10 days. Failure to comply may result in Lexington International refusing the parcel. 

All returns/exchanges must include the complete device kit in order to receive a refund or an exchanged device.Refunds for laser devices do not include return shipping fees, expedited shipping charges, and/or international shipping charge ($65.00).

RegrowMD laser devices are warrantied for 1 year against defects in materials or workmanship from Lexington International, LLC. Lexington may extend this warranty period under certain conditions. Please refer to user manual for complete warranty information.

To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the product freight paid, in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection, together with your name and address.

Lexington International, LLC does not disclose buyers’ information of any kind to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

This Agreement and the interpretation of its terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida applicable to agreements negotiated, executed and performed wholly and solely within the State of Florida. The parties agree that the State of Florida’s conflicts of laws rules shall not apply to this Agreement or any transaction performed by or under this Agreement. All sales are made Point of Sales Boca Raton, FL and sold FOB Boca Raton.

The parties irrevocably submit and consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Florida state courts in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, U.S.A. and the Federal Courts in and for the Southern District of Florida, U.S.A. The parties agree not to raise the defense of forum non convenience.
